Maintenance Costs: Owners are responsible for maintenance and services fee for the ongoing upkeep of common infrastructure and facilities provided. Owners are also liable for specific charges such as electricity, water and sundries (food and beverage, and other supplies during their stay) for their individual residence. Sinking fund contribution is required from owners for major infrastructure repairs and/or improvements.
